I’m Taylor (she/her)—a personal trainer and online coach based in Philadelphia, here to help women become the strongest, most confident version of themselves. But I wasn’t always into health and fitness …

I grew up dancing from age 3 through college but never played sports or felt the least bit athletic. I didn’t set foot in a gym until after graduation, when I found myself missing movement and unsure how to prioritize my health.

For years, I only did cardio and tried every diet fad you can name, constantly chasing a smaller version of myself and hoping it would lead to confidence. I was stuck in an all-or-nothing cycle—restricting during the week, then bingeing on weekends—and frustrated that nothing seemed to work.

Everything changed when I discovered strength training and learned how to fuel my body properly. I saw real progress—physically and mentally—and knew I had to share this with others.

Now, I’m a full-time certified personal trainer and online strength and nutrition coach. My mission is to help women feel stronger, move better, and build lasting confidence through smart training and sustainable habits.

I never expected to end up here, but I’m so glad I did. I love helping women step into the strongest, most confident version of themselves and making health and fitness feel empowering, not confusing. Are you next?

The fun stuff

I was a graphic designer and art director for 8 years before I made the switch to full-time fitness. Best decision ever.

My husband Logan and I met working together at an advertising agency and dated in secret for a year before finally going public.

I’m obsessed with house and disco music, and I know how to DJ! I love going out dancing and the occasional music festival (but I’m also known to go to bed before 9pm most nights).

I’m a huge foodie and love trying new restaurants. I’m also a sucker for a cute coffee shop and a good latte. No black coffee here.

I love to travel and have a lot of places on my list to visit.
